This information is forwarded to our office@ascotstructures.co.uk e-mail address along with your message. We then use the information as follows:-
- To respond to your enquiry
- If your enquiry is a sales enquiry we will contact you further and log your details as an “enquiry” this would include name, e-mail address and phone number. This enquiry would be added to if you ask us to quote and if we carry out work for you
- If your enquiry is regarding working for us and you send a CV or other details these will be forwarded to our HR Department. Your details will remain on our secure server for 9 months before they are deleted unless you are offered employment or a contract with us, in which case they are retained as per our Employee/Contractor Privacy Notice and Data Retention Policy. Data is only accessed by personnel who are authorised to do so
- If you ask to be added to our newsletter database your name and e-mail address will be logged in our email marketing system Mailchimp
