Our staff are very much at the forefront of our operation. Many of the sites we work at remain open to guests, public and localised staff, so we appreciate the significance of impressions and behaviour.
We have a strict uniform policy that all employees must adhere to, including maintaining the highest standards of personal appearance and the wearing of full Personal Protective Equipment. We place paramount importance on staff training, particularly with Health and Safety.
The majority of our staff are CSCS card holders; a pre-requisite for larger, industrial building sites. In our opinion, the benefits of ensuring your site is a safe site, far exceed the time taken to achieve the qualification that others may deem unnecessary.
All staff members are trained in First-Aid and each vehicle is equipped with a 10 man First-Aid kit. Our Health and Safety record is exemplary: in 14 years we have had one broken finger and an eye that required bathing.
Our reputation has been built on high standards and we won’t compromise this by employing ‘casual’ labour or inexperienced individuals. We’ve been entrusted with your confidence, and that trust won’t in turn be placed in the hands of strangers.
